About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective tenants for commercial properties
- Support senior team members in leasing transactions and client coordination
- Maintain property listings and databases of available commercial spaces
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients
- Prepare and share proposals, brochures, and leasing documents
- Assist in lease negotiations under guidance from the senior team
- Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports
- Liaise with landlords, property owners, and brokers for property listings and updates
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets
- Support documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or leasing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic knowledge of commercial leasing markets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
