About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by utilizing product knowledge to create emotional connections and drive sales.
- Implement company selling strategies and drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist in business analysis and the creation of action plans to drive operational results and control expenses.
- Ensure effective team communication and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
