About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in building and developing a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge and implementing selling strategies.
- Drive guest loyalty via the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
- Assist in business analysis and the creation of action plans to drive sales and operational results.
- Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
