Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and performance management to motivate and retain top talent.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and effective communication of product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness.
• Analyze business metrics to create action plans that meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage operational tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
