About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across assigned product lines and customer segments
- Ensure timely payment collections in accordance with credit policies
- Identify and onboard high-potential retail outlets to expand distribution footprint
- Manage and grow existing primary and secondary channel partners
- Execute promotional activities including in-shop promotions, mason meets, and retailer events
- Nurture relationships with influencers such as masons, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and trends
- Follow up on construction site leads to ensure high conversion rates
Requirements
- Ability to manage sales targets and market penetration initiatives
- Experience in channel partner development and expansion
- Skills in influencer engagement and product advocacy
- Proficiency in market working and coverage following DRCP guidelines
