Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to foster a positive work environment
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures
• Collaborate with the management team to execute business strategies

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or food service operations
