Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and quality control
• Train and develop team members on company policies and best practices
• Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized store adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with financial management, including cash handling and basic reporting
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer proficiency
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail management
