Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure high performance and a positive work environment
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and procedures
• Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business management or a related field
