Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to foster a positive work environment
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
• Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost management
• Train and develop team members to promote continuous improvement
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement policies and achieve store goals
• Oversee food preparation and delivery processes for efficiency and quality
• Assist with financial tasks, including cash handling and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in the food service industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory and reporting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
