Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to foster a positive work environment
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
• Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns professionally
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement performance strategies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in retail or food service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in the food service industry
