Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
• Drive an exceptional guest experience by assessing needs, providing product education, and resolving feedback
• Manage store operations including floor leadership, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities
• Partner with leadership to review business metrics, manage budgets, and implement sales strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with local community influencers, ambassadors, and partners

Requirements

• Proven work experience in leadership or people management
• Legal eligibility to work in the Republic of Korea
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to move through the store for most of a shift to assist guests and complete tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience
• High School or Secondary School diploma or equivalent
