Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion, and customer count
• Lead and develop the store team by providing clear, constructive, and timely feedback
• Execute visual directives and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Maintain positive working relationships with doctors and clinical staff
• Perform administrative duties and ensure team compliance with all company policies
• Manage store business plans to maximize sales and profitability
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience with direct reports
• Proven knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
• Strong basic math skills and proficiency with computers and cash registers
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Demonstrated high-level selling skills and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience within the retail or customer service industry
• Knowledge of basic optics and current store merchandise
• State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable)
• Brand Final Inspector Certification or Brand Quality, Fitting & Adjusting Program certification
