Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion, and customer count
• Lead and develop the team by providing clear, constructive, and timely feedback
• Execute visual directives and maintain high standards for store appearance
• Maintain positive working relationships with doctors and staff
• Manage administrative duties and ensure team compliance with all company policies
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to support business needs

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience with direct reports
• Proven knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with computers and cash registers
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Demonstrated high-level selling skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience in the retail or customer service industry
• Knowledge of basic optics and current store merchandise
• State licensure or ABO Certification
• Brand Final Inspector Certification or experience with Brand Quality, Fitting & Adjusting programs
