Assistant Manager-Leasing

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective tenants across retail categories including F&B, fashion, and entertainment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and leasing agents
• Lead lease negotiations in accordance with approved commercial terms and company policies
• Prepare leasing proposals, offers, and recommendation memos for internal approval
• Develop and maintain a robust tenant pipeline for existing and upcoming projects
• Support tenant mix strategies by evaluating performance and recommending renewals or replacements
• Conduct market research and financial analysis, including rental benchmarks and revenue forecasts
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams to ensure smooth lease execution and fit-out processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in retail leasing within shopping malls or mixed-use developments
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing lease transactions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in real estate or leasing
• Experience with community malls, destination malls, or street retail
• Proficiency with leasing or property management systems such as Yardi
