About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing the annual Learning & Development calendar
  • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads
  • Design and deliver training programs related to luxury service standards and guest experience
  • Facilitate new associate orientation and hotel induction programs
  • Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and service excellence training sessions
  • Support technical training programs for various hotel departments
  • Coordinate cross-training and career development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Training & Development, Hospitality Training, or HR
