About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual Learning & Development calendar
- Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads
- Design and deliver training programs related to luxury service standards and guest experience
- Facilitate new associate orientation and hotel induction programs
- Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and service excellence training sessions
- Support technical training programs for various hotel departments
- Coordinate cross-training and career development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Training & Development, Hospitality Training, or HR
