About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
- Working with Market Analyst group on submittals including project briefs, case studies, and due diligence reports
- Preparing and conducting pitches and presentations
- Managing transaction documentation such as options lists, RFPs, and letters of intent
- Negotiating terms and contracts on behalf of clients
- Providing post-sales support in coordination with Client Engagement Coordinators
- Participating in client engagement activities and business development through cold calling and lead generation
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Specialization in Property, Real Estate, or an equivalent field preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
