Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in directing store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitable growth
• Drive sales performance and hourly sales per associate through coaching and demonstration of sales behaviors
• Manage and resolve customer relationship issues
• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to meet staffing guidelines
• Assist in managing the professional lifecycle of sales associates, including training, retention, and career development
• Manage labor budgets, target wage rates, and other discretionary expenses
• Oversee physical inventory processes and implement loss prevention strategies
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
• Monitor replenishment processes to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked according to brand guidelines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or assistant management roles
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff scheduling and labor budgets
