Responsibilities
- Ensure service standards are consistently met through team motivation, training, and development
- Mentor the team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
- Achieve store and company sales targets by setting and monitoring performance
- Monitor team KPIs and implement development plans alongside the Store Manager
- Uphold operational objectives, policies, and procedures
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff rota management
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business
- Manage stock deliveries, restock accuracy, and coordinate stock takes
- Execute impactful store promotions and maintain visual presentation standards
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay composed during stressful situations
- Experience in setting team targets and driving sales
- Ability to maintain immaculate personal presentation representative of the brand
