Responsibilities

• Ensure service standards are consistently met through team motivation, training, and development
• Mentor the team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
• Achieve store and company sales targets by setting and monitoring performance
• Monitor team KPIs and implement development plans alongside the Store Manager
• Uphold operational objectives, policies, and procedures
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff rota management
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business
• Manage stock deliveries, restock accuracy, and coordinate stock takes
• Execute impactful store promotions and maintain visual presentation standards

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay composed during stressful situations
• Experience in setting team targets and driving sales
• Ability to maintain immaculate personal presentation representative of the brand
