Responsibilities

  • Ensure service standards are met through team motivation, training, and development
  • Mentor the team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
  • Achieve store and company sales targets by setting and monitoring KPIs
  • Maintain operational objectives, policies, and procedures
  • Support the store manager with recruitment, onboarding, and staff rotas
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business
  • Monitor and manage stock deliveries and coordinate stock takes
  • Execute impactful store promotions to boost sales
  • Ensure excellent visual presentation consistent with VM guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stay composed during stressful situations
  • Experience in setting team targets and driving sales
  • Immaculate personal presentation representative of the brand
