Responsibilities
- Ensure service standards are met through team motivation, training, and development
- Mentor the team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
- Achieve store and company sales targets by setting and monitoring KPIs
- Maintain operational objectives, policies, and procedures
- Support the store manager with recruitment, onboarding, and staff rotas
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business
- Monitor and manage stock deliveries and coordinate stock takes
- Execute impactful store promotions to boost sales
- Ensure excellent visual presentation consistent with VM guidelines
Requirements
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay composed during stressful situations
- Experience in setting team targets and driving sales
- Immaculate personal presentation representative of the brand
