Assistant Manager, Key Account

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new Key Accounts within the eCommerce logistics market using DHL Global Forwarding products.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with both local and multinational customers.
• Lead customer presentations and develop customized, strategic solutions to expand business through cross-selling.
• Plan and coordinate activities to retain customers and develop sustainable sales revenue.
• Develop account strategies aligned with country-level business plans to ensure profitable growth.
• Manage and coordinate account initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and profit contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of international air freight export operations.
• Proven experience in the cross-border e-commerce sector.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience managing and developing large, complex key accounts.
