Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team by coaching staff and instilling company values through high-quality instruction
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth and meet departmental budgets
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize category sales
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including implementing strategies and conducting investigations
• Foster a highly engaged team culture and maintain high standards of customer service

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management experience and 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong leadership skills and a dynamic, positive personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform retail tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and manual handling of materials

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
