About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
- Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth
- Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize sales
- Deliver and achieve sales budgets and objectives within your department
- Participate in loss prevention processes, including strategies and investigations
Requirements
- 2 years of retail management experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Physical mobility for standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/moving materials
