Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize sales
• Deliver and achieve sales budgets and departmental objectives
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including strategies and investigations

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management experience and 2 years of customer service experience
• Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to handle manual tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, and pushing products
