About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
- Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth
- Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize sales
- Deliver and achieve sales budgets and departmental objectives
- Participate in loss prevention processes, including strategies and investigations
Requirements
- 2 years of retail management experience and 2 years of customer service experience
- Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to handle manual tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, and pushing products
