Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team by coaching staff and instilling company values
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize category sales
• Deliver and achieve sales budgets and departmental objectives
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including strategies and investigations

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management and customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical mobility for standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting/moving products
