About the role
Responsibilities
- Help the store management team instill company values and customer promises through coaching and high-quality instruction
- Assist in implementing sales and merchandising plans
- Foster a highly engaged team culture
- Participate in loss prevention processes and investigations
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and price displays
- Deliver and achieve sales budgets and objectives for your department
Requirements
- 2 years of retail management and customer service experience
- Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, and handle manual materials
