About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help the store management team instill company values and customer promises through coaching and high-quality instruction
  • Assist in implementing sales and merchandising plans
  • Foster a highly engaged team culture
  • Participate in loss prevention processes and investigations
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and price displays
  • Deliver and achieve sales budgets and objectives for your department

Requirements

  • 2 years of retail management and customer service experience
  • Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, and handle manual materials
