Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values through modeling and instruction
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive growth and maximize category sales
• Manage store stock, merchandising, and pricing to ensure optimal presentation
• Deliver and meet departmental sales budgets and goals
• Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
• Promote a highly engaged team culture and maintain high-quality customer service

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling)
