Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive growth and meet department budgets
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize sales
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including strategies and investigations
• Foster a highly engaged team culture through high-quality instruction and leadership

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical mobility for standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/moving products
