Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team by coaching staff and instilling company values through high-quality instruction.
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive growth and meet departmental budgets and objectives.
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize category sales.
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including contributing to strategies and investigations.
• Foster a highly engaged team culture and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management and customer service experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a dynamic, positive personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical mobility required for standing, walking, climbing, bending, and manual handling of materials (lifting, pushing, pulling).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
