Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values through modeling and instruction
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive growth and maximize category sales
• Promote a highly engaged team culture and meet departmental sales budgets and goals
• Assist with store stock management, pricing, and merchandising
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including prevention strategies and investigations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills and a dynamic, positive personality
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling)
