Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team by coaching staff and instilling company values through high-quality instruction
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive business growth and meet departmental budgets
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize category sales
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including strategies and investigations

Requirements

• 2 years of retail management experience and 2 years of customer service experience
• Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Physical mobility including walking, standing, climbing, and bending
• Ability to perform manual material handling such as lifting, pushing, and pulling
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
