About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
- Implement sales and merchandising plans to maximize category sales
- Drive sales budgets and goals within your assigned department
- Assist with store stock management, pricing, and merchandising
- Participate in loss prevention processes and investigations
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
- Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
