Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
• Implement sales and merchandising plans to maximize category sales
• Drive sales budgets and goals within your assigned department
• Assist with store stock management, pricing, and merchandising
• Participate in loss prevention processes and investigations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, dynamic personality
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
