About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in coaching staff and instilling company values
- Implement sales and merchandising plans to drive growth and maximize category sales
- Manage store stock, merchandising, and pricing
- Deliver and meet departmental sales budgets and goals
- Assist with loss prevention processes, including prevention strategies and investigations
- Promote a highly engaged team culture through modeling and high-quality instruction
Requirements
- 2 years of retail management experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong leadership skills and a positive personality
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
