Assistant Manager - IT Application Controls

Responsibilities

• Identify weaknesses and provide recommendations to enhance IT system application controls
• Drive the implementation of ITACs and manual control analytics using tools like SAP GRC, Celonis, and Alteryx
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to safeguard Group assets
• Liaise with governance and service delivery teams to assess risk levels and control effectiveness
• Support GBO projects to identify control implications and improve the overall control environment
• Monitor progress and support the execution of the annual CARM cycle for IT Application controls
• Contribute to the continuous development of internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Certified SAP professional with controls/processes knowledge or a Chartered Accountant
• 5-7 years of related experience in IT application controls or a similar field
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC
• Working knowledge of SAP tables, configurations, and testing of IT application controls
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SAP GRC
• Strong understanding of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence and establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels
