Assistant Manager, Investment Research Solutions

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing improvement of research governance processes and operational workflows across asset classes
• Assist in the coordination and administration of external research processes to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Produce reporting, analysis, and management information to support governance forums and stakeholder decision-making
• Monitor process effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and support the implementation of operational improvements
• Support data analysis and utilization initiatives to enhance transparency, controls, and operational insight
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders and support functions to ensure smooth delivery of research support processes
• Assist with risk identification, issue tracking, and the maintenance of strong operational controls
• Maintain documentation, process materials, and governance records to support consistency

Requirements

• Experience within asset management, investment operations, research support, or business management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and a data-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of research governance and an interest in investment research processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational change initiatives
• Experience with research platforms and AI tooling
• Proficiency in data visualization or analytical technologies such as Bloomberg, AlphaSense, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python
