Assistant Manager - Inter Company PEC and Operations

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and support the Record to Report (R2R) Global Process Model (GPM) across Unilever
• Lead process design and delivery for major transformation programs, including entity restructures and system implementations
• Drive performance management for end-to-end Intercompany and Central Function Allocations
• Monitor intercompany overdue balances, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce overdue amounts
• Govern and monitor the performance and KPIs of third-party service providers (3PSP)
• Create and maintain process and control knowledge for the Commercial Experience organization
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through automation and digital technology trends

Requirements

• CA with 2-4 years of experience OR MBA (Finance) with 8-12 years of experience
• Proven experience in intercompany, controllership, or finance operations within a multinational environment
• Strong understanding of the 3-way match process and payment interfaces
• Hands-on end-user knowledge of SAP
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Awareness of Power BI and workflow management tools
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
