Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and management of a high-performing operations team
• Design and implement training programs and operational SOPs
• Oversee day-to-day execution of task-based physical and data-driven workflows
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality standards
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
• Manage inventory, equipment allocation, and operational readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, account management, customer success, or technology-enabled operations
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and leading people
• Experience working in high-growth startups and scaling operations
• Strong background in managing large enterprise accounts
• Highly proficient with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT
• Strong analytical mindset for creating reports and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise services
• Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and process improvement methodologies
• Exposure to AI, data operations, annotation, or workflow management
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams
