Assistant Manager, Industry & Body Build Support

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance, management, and technical support for bodybuilders across the APAC North region
• Distribute and communicate Volvo chassis integration standards to all body build partners
• Conduct in-person or remote training for bodybuilders regarding quality management and new chassis products
• Review and approve new body designs submitted by partners
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of relevant bodybuilders and CKD facilities
• Provide technical engineering support to sales and service functions, including chassis information and performance data
• Ensure compliance with environmental, quality assurance, and workplace health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in body build, technical engineering, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of bodybuilding methods, practices, and chassis integration
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver quality results on time
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a technical or engineering field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and technical engineering tools
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the region
