Assistant Manager - Implementation

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of CCaaS and digital transformation solutions for contact center clients.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during the implementation phase.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing CCaaS solutions and digital transformation projects.
• Technical knowledge of AWS Connect, Azure, Google CCAI, NICE InContact, or Kore.ai.
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI technologies.
• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a client-facing role managing complex technical implementations.
• A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
