Assistant Manager I

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily functions including sales, coaching, and merchandising
• Utilize reporting tools and business acumen to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates to support growth and create a motivating work environment
• Acquire talent through networking, recruiting, and conducting interviews
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Execute brand standards and maintain store merchandising and operational policies
• Communicate brand strategies, promotions, and incentives clearly to the team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to use critical thinking to ensure absolute execution of operational components

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• 1+ years of previous leadership experience
