Assistant Manager I

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily functions including sales, coaching, and merchandising
• Utilize company reporting tools and business acumen to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates to support growth and create a motivating work environment
• Assist in talent acquisition by networking, recruiting, and conducting interviews
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Execute brand standards and maintain store merchandising and operational policies
• Communicate brand strategies, promotions, and incentives clearly to the team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience of 1+ years
• Strong background in customer service and retail
