Assistant Manager I

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, including sales, coaching, and merchandising
• Drive sales performance by utilizing company tools and business acumen to address performance gaps
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to associates to create a motivating work environment
• Support talent acquisition through networking, recruiting, and conducting interviews
• Maintain brand and merchandising standards, ensuring all operational policies are executed
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor developing customer relationships and product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in store operations
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• 1+ years of prior leadership experience
