Assistant Manager I

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily functions including selling, coaching, and merchandising
• Utilize company tools and reporting to deliver sales plans and achieve business objectives
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates to support growth and create a motivating work environment
• Assist in talent acquisition through networking, recruiting, and conducting interviews
• Maintain brand and merchandising standards, including product knowledge and operational policies
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor to develop and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in store operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use critical thinking to execute operational components

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience
• 1+ years of previous leadership experience
