Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and showcase the brand through exciting merchandise presentations
• Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting top-line sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control
• Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling and building a client base
• Train and develop staff using effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ensure standard operating procedures, policies, and Health & Safety regulations are strictly followed and documented
• Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement and PR events
• Evaluate performance issues and actively participate in recruiting new candidates

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• High levels of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle
