Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations
• Drive sales results through best-in-class customer service and product knowledge
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
• Train, develop, and coach non-management staff to build a strong talent pipeline
• Maintain visual displays and execute floorset updates to represent the brand
• Analyze business reporting to inform decision-making and drive efficiency
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and operate Point of Sale systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging retail environment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to balance multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
