Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive team performance and maintain high standards of service and quality
• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop management skills

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of one year of management experience
• Availability to work Saturdays/Sundays or every other weekend
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (meeting specific MVR standards)
