About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by celebrating differences and supporting a diverse workforce.
  • Support the Store Manager in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance through continuous feedback.
  • Drive guest connection and technical product education by providing real-time coaching to the team.
  • Manage retail floor operations, including making in-the-moment decisions regarding coverage and efficiency.
  • Resolve guest feedback and escalations to ensure a high-caliber experience.
  • Partner with management to review business metrics and inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee store opening/closing procedures.

Requirements

  • 1 year of people management experience.
  • 1 year of leadership experience, including managing business operations or projects.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees.
