Assistant Manager, Guest Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests
• Build, manage, and develop team members to create a culture of belonging and growth
• Manage the store's hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management to drive team success
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing feedback and resolving escalations
• Monitor store performance metrics and manage inventory, product levels, and shrinkage
• Implement the Store Manager's people vision and cascade it to the team

Requirements

• 1 year of people management experience
• 1 year of leadership experience, including business operations or project management
• Legal authorization to work in Australia
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees
