About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members while fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing retail floor leadership and resolving guest feedback.
  • Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and implementing the store's people vision.
  • Manage performance through direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and continuous development check-ins.
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and product recovery.
  • Partner with management to review business metrics and data to inform sales and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accountability for delegated aspects of the controllable budget and labor hours.

Requirements

  • 1 year of people management experience.
  • 1 year of leadership experience, including managing business operations or projects.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees.
