About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and manage retail operations at the Staten Island Pop Up location.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
- Support the Store Manager in hiring, building, and developing a diverse team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and direct feedback to team members to support their growth.
- Lead from the floor to manage retail coverage, resolve guest escalations, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage delegated aspects of the controllable budget and labor hours.
Requirements
- 1 year of people management experience.
- 1 year of leadership experience, including managing business operations or projects.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Availability to work a variable schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience.
- 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees.
