About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and manage retail operations at the Staten Island Pop Up location.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Support the Store Manager in hiring, building, and developing a diverse team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and direct feedback to team members to support their growth.
  • Lead from the floor to manage retail coverage, resolve guest escalations, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage delegated aspects of the controllable budget and labor hours.

Requirements

  • 1 year of people management experience.
  • 1 year of leadership experience, including managing business operations or projects.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience.
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or training employees.
