Assistant Manager Growth & Revenue

Responsibilities

• Manage basic risk, product, and business metrics for the fintech organization
• Multitask across various projects simultaneously
• Utilize quantitative skills and aptitude to understand business drivers
• Apply analytics skills to process data and generate actionable insights
• Manage stakeholders effectively

Requirements

• 1-4 years of professional work experience
• Experience with PL, STPL, Savings, or Investment products
• Proficiency in Tableau (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of SQL for writing and running queries
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of consumer behavior and mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ML Modelling
